1 3/4 c Cake flour
1 Stick margarine
1 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1 ds Vanilla extract
1/2 c Peanuts; or more to taste
Mix the margarine and brown sugar until fluffy then beat in the egg and
vanilla. Mix the flour into the batter. Add peanuts and mix lightly. Drop
from a teaspoon onto a greased baking pan. Flatten with a fork dipped in
flour. Let them cool in a refrigerator for 20 min. Bake at 320F for 15 to
20 min.
