Ingrients & Directions
1 c Margarine 1/2 t Salt
3 Eggs 2 1/2 c Flour
2 c Sugar 2 t Baking powder
1 2 tsp. almond extract
Beat margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining
ingredients; dough will be fairly stiff. Pat into two 9-inch round
cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden
brown. Cut into wedges.
