3/4 c Sour cream
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 1/2 c 6 ounces shredded 3 cheese

melt the butter and cook the sliced onions over medium-high heat for
15 minutes,stirring frequently until tender and just slightly golden.
