Mr. Food’s Sweet Onion Tart

Ingrients & Directions


2 tb Butter
1 lb To 1 1/4 sweet onions,
– thinly sliced
3/4 c Sour cream
2 Eggs, beaten
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 1/2 c 6 ounces shredded 3 cheese
– blend, divided
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

============== ==== == Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a large skillet,
melt the butter and cook the sliced onions over medium-high heat for
15 minutes,stirring frequently until tender and just slightly golden.
Remove from heat and drain any excess liquid. Place in a medium-sized
