Caramel Walnut Cranberry Tart

Ingrients & Directions


4 1/2 oz Butter
3 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
4 1/2 tb Cider vinegar
2 ts Vanilla
3 c Walnuts
1/2 c Fresh cranberry
6 Egg
2 Pastry crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter and add sugar, salt,
vinegar, and vanilla. Beat eggs and add butter mixture. Fold in
walnuts and cranberries, and set aside. Prepare a pastry crust and
pre bake 10 minutes. Fill with walnut filling bake 25 minutes at 350
degrees F.
