Mince Meat For Tarts Or Pies

Ingrients & Directions


4 oz Raisins
4 oz Currants
4 oz Prunes
2 oz Mixed peel
4 oz Brown sugar
4 oz Suet
1 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Spice
1/4 c Rum
1/2 c Wine
2 tb Lime juice
1 tb Lime rind.

chop fruit and suet finely. Add sugar, spices, rum, wine, lime juice and
grated ring. Mix well togehter. Put into glass jars, cover closely and
allow to stand about 3 weeks before using.
