Sauce Tartare

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Mayonnaise; (Firm)
1 tb Green Olives; Chopped
1 ts French Mustard
1 Hard Cooked Egg
1 tb Parsley; Chopped Fine
1 tb Capers; Chopped
1 tb Shallots; Minced
Lemon Juice
1 tb Sweet Pickle Chopped

All ingredients must be well drained. Chop the hard cooked egg very fine.
Combine the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Season to taste. Thin as
needed with lemon juice.
