Lemony Tartar Sauce

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Mayonnaise
3 tb Pickle relish; drained
1 tb Chopped scallions
4 ts Fresh lemon juice

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill
until ready to serve.

NOTE: This should last for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator if covered
tightly – so go ahead and make a double batch !
