Ingrients & Directions


8 Eggs
300 g Sugar
300 g Almond flour
150 g Flour
10 g Yeast

Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.

Beat eggs and sugar. Add almonds, flour and yeast. Pour in a mould,
cook in oven 180 C for 30 mins.
