Ingrients & Directions


For the bread base
1 Twin pack pizza base mix
For the filling
200 g Danish mozzarella; thinly
-sliced (7oz)
100 g Rocket. washed; (3 1/2oz)
Salt and freshly ground
-pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4.

Make up the pizza base as per pack instructions (use both sachets). DO NOT
ALLOW TO STAND FOR 10 MINUTES.

Roll out each piece of dough to 1cm ( 1/2 inch) thickness

Turn into a heated non-stick frying pan, pricking all over with the back of
a fork. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and
place on absorbent kitchen paper. Repeat the process for the final piece of
dough.

When cool, holding a long-bladed sharp knife horizontally, with your other
hand flat on top of the bread, slice in half.

Sandwich together with cheese, rocket, salt and freshly ground pepper.

Place on a baking tray on the middle oven shelf and cook for 5-10 minutes,
or until the bread is hot and the cheese melted.

Cut into pieces and eat immediately.
