Granola Biscuits

Ingrients & Directions


3 Egg Whites 1/2 ts Baking Powder
1 Egg 1/2 ts Imitation Vanilla Butter-Nut
1 ts Brown Sugar Substitute -Flavoring
1/8 c Margarine, Reduced-Calorie 1/4 ts Baking Soda
2 c All-Purpose Flour 1/4 ts Salt
1 cn Evaporated Skim Milk 1 1/2 c Dry Granola Cereal

Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine the egg whites,
egg, brown sugar substitute and margarine. Beat with an electric
mixer on high speed for 1 min, or until the mixture turns light
yellow. Add the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Stir in the granola.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick vegetabke cooking spray. Using a
small ice cream scoop, drop scoops of dough onto the baking sheet
about 1 inch apart. Bake for 15 mins, or until the biscuits are
lightly browned. Makes 18 biscuits.
