2 lb Ground beef 1/4 c Ketchup
1/3 c Chopped onion 1 ts Chili powder
1 cn Cream of celery, condensed 1/4 c Pimento stuffed olive, slice
1/2 c Tomato juice 12 ea Cheese biscuits
3/4 c Beef bullion Pimento olives for garnish
-CHEESE BISCUITS-
1/4 c Shortening 2 c Buttermilk biscuit mix
1/3 c Cheddar cheese, shredded 2/3 c Milk
Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet, pour off excess fat.
Add all ingredients except biscuits, simmering until slightly
thickened.
To serve: spoon mixture into center of platter and surround with hot
cheese biscuits, garnish with sliced Pimento stuffed olives.
CHEESE BISCUITS
cut shortening and shredded cheese into 2 cups all p[purpose
buttermilk biscuit mix. Add milk, stir with fork to make soft dough,
beat 15 strokes. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto greased baking
sheet. Bake at 425 F. 12 to 15 minutes.
