3 cn Refrigerated biscuits 1 ts Salt
1 lb Ground beef 1/2 ts Pepper
1 sm Onion, chopped 1/2 ts Oregano
1/4 c Chopped green pepper Oil for frying
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
Brown beef, onion and pepper. Stir in sauce and seasonings, mixing
well.
Roll out each biscuit into a 5″ circle. Place 1 rounded tablespoon
meat mixture on each; flod in half and seal with tines of fork.
Fry about 3″ of oil to 375F. Deep fry each biscuit until golden brown;
drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
