Ingrients & Directions
2 Eggs
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Dark corn syrup
2 tb All-purpose flour
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Quaker Oats, uncooked
— (quick or old-fashioned)
1/3 c Flaked or shredded coconut
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar; beat until thick. Stir in
remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in
preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 45 minutes or until center of
pie is firm. Cool. Serve with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
