Rosetta Lenoire’s Cheese Biscuits

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Grated sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 c Whole milk
2 1/4 c Bisquick original baking mix

Directions: Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir ingredients until soft dough
forms. Turn onto surface generously dusted with flour. Knead ten times.
Roll out to 1/2? thick. Cut with 2 1/2? cutter. Place on greased cookie
sheet and bake until golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.
