6 Pork chops; 1/2″ thick 1 Egg
1 tb Oil 1/4 ts Pepper
10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup 1/8 ts Poultry seasoning or sage
1 c Celery; chopped 7 1/2 oz Can refrigerated biscuits
1 c Onions; chopped
Heat oven to 350. In large skillet brown pork chops in oil. Place in
ungreased 9 x 13″ pan. In medium bowl, combine soup, celery, onions,
egg, pepper and poultry seasoning; mix well. Separate dough into ten
biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Stir biscuit pieces into
soup mixture; spoon over meat. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until
biscuit pieces are golden brown.
