Ingrients & Directions
1 1/4 c Flour
1/2 c Whole-wheat flour
1 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Cooked mashed potatoes
1 c Buttermilk
3 tb Butter or margarine; melted
1. In large bowl, mix together first 6 ingredients and set aside.
