Ingrients & Directions
1/2 tb Yeast
1 1/2 c Oats
3 c Flour, bread
1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Dough enhancer; optional
3 tb Oil
1 Eggs
1/2 c Syrup, maple flavored
1 5/8 c Water; warm
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in
order. Set “baking control” at 11 o’clock. Select “sweet bread” and
push Start.
In hot, humid or very cold weather, reduce water to
1-1/3 c.
Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine. Sylvia’s comment: a heavy,
dense, easy to slice bread. A little “wet,” otherwise great!
