Cheddar Pepper Corn Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk (8 1/2 oz.) corn
-bread/muffin mix
1/3 c Milk
1 Egg, beaten
1 c (4 oz.) shredded sharp
-Cheddar cheese
1/3 c Thinly sliced green onions
-with tops
1/2 ts Freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine mix, milk and egg; mix just until dry
ingredients are moistened. Stir in cheese, green onions and pepper.
Spread into buttered 8-inch round or square baking pan. Bake 20 to 24
minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool. Yield: 6 servings.
