English Muffin Bread

Ingrients & Directions


-KATHRYN BRYANS (JMSH36B)
1 1/4 c Water
2 ts Sugar
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Baking soda
3 c Bread flour
3 tb Nonfat dry milk
2 ts Yeast

I’ve tried this bread several times in my Hitachi
and have been very happy with it. Don’t be alarmed
at the small size of the loaf; the top is supposed
to sink. The recipe comes from Donna German’s 1st
B/M Cookbook.
(This is great to put on the timer to have first
thing in the morning)
