Basic Cheese Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 c Lukewarm water
6 c All-purpose flour; sifted

1/2 lb Sharp cheddar; grated (2
1 c Milk

1 tb Shortening
1 c Lukewarm water
2 tb Sugar

Place 1/4 cup lukewarm water in small bowl; sprinkle yeast over it,
