Breaded Tomatoes

Ingrients & Directions


1 lb Tomatoes, or
1 Tin crushed with juice
2 tb Sugar (or to taste)
1 tb Flour
1 To 2 slices of bread torn
-into pieces
Cream (tin or fresh)

Cook tomatoes 5 to 10 minutes. Mix sugar and flour together and add to
tomatoes to thicken. Add bread pieces and cream. Serve
