Nutty Mango Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/3 c Raisins
1 1/4 c Granola
1 c Macadamia nuts
1 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1/3 ts Nutmeg
1/3 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground cloves
2 1/4 ts Cinnamon
2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
2 c Mango puree
2 ts Baking soda
2/3 c Shredded coconut
3 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 3×7 inch loaf pans. Blend
mango puree, oil, eggs, vanilla, and orange peel. Sift flour, baking
powder, and salt. Add sugar and spices. Combine mango mixture with
dry ingredients, stir in raisins, nuts, and coconut. Fill pans almost
