3/4 c Water
2 tb Applesauce
2 ts Honey
1/4 ts Lecithin (optional)
2 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Powdered whey (optional)
1 1/2 tb Gluten
2 tb Onion, dried minced
2 ts Chives, dried
1 ts Salt
3/4 ts Garlic powder
3/4 ts Oregano, dried
1/4 ts Basil, dried, crushed
1 1/2 ts Yeast
