Tangy Buttermilk Cheese Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/8 c buttermilk
3 c bread flour
1 1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 tb sugar
3/4 c grated extra-sharp cheese
1 1/2 ts yeast

Use extra sharp cheese. Bake light.
