Beer Rye Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk dry yeast
2 1/4 c whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c stale beer
1 1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 tb vegetable oil
1 1/2 tb oat flour
1 1/2 c rye flour

Place all ingredient into the breadmaker. Process on the white bread
cycle.
