Ingrients & Directions
===FOR 11/2 LB. LOAF=== 1 1/2 ts Salt
1 pk Yeast 4 tb Sugar
6 tb Vegetable or corn oil 3/4 c Warm water
3 c Bread flour 2 Eggs; room temperature
Combine all ingredients in the pan in the order listed, select
white bread and push start.
NOTE from DAK: Great for sandwiches. It rises tall and cuts
beautifully.
