Fried Squash Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 Summer Squash — diced 1 Egg
1 c Cornmeal 1/4 c Buttermilk

Wash clean and dice 2 summer squash can cook until soft (do not cook
dry, leave about 3/4 cup of water in pot). Combine: 1 cup of cornmeal
(or cornmeal mix) 1 egg 1/4 cup of buttermilk Add squash and water
and mix together. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
