Corn And Cheddar Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/4 c Milk 2 1/2 c Bread Flour
2 tb Honey 1 c Yellow Cornmeal
3 tb Butter 1 1/2 ts Salt
2 1/2 ts Active Dry Yeast 2/3 c Cheddar Cheese — grated

1. Scald the milk. Stir in the honey and butter and let cool to room
temperature. 2. Add the milk mixture and all remaining ingredients
except the Cheddar dheese in the order suggested by your bread
machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the
manufacturer’s directions. 3. At the beeper ( or at the end of the
first kneading), add the cheese.
