Onion Rye Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 ts Active Dry Yeast 1 1/2 ts Salt
2 1/4 c Bread Flour 1 1/2 tb Vegetable Oil
3/4 c Rye Flour 1/3 c Onion, Raw — chopped
1 1/2 tb Sugar 3/4 c Sourdough Starter
3 tb Powdered Milk 3/4 c Water
1 1/2 tb Caraway Seed

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s
directions. Let cool before slicing. This bread is too moist to eat
very warm.
