13 oz Buttermilk
2 tb Softened margarine or butter
2 tb Honey
2 1/2 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1/3 ts Baking soda
1 ts Bread machine yeast
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. DO NOT
USE DELAY CYCLES. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
Serve with Nutty Olive Spread (below) if desired.

NUTTY OLIVE SPREAD: Mix 1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened, and 2
tablespoons milk until blended. Stir in 1/c cup finely chopped
walnuts and 1/4 cup finely chopped pimiento-stuffed olives. Cover
and refrigerate any remaining spread. Makes about 1 cup.
