Strawberries ‘n Cream Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 3/4 c Unbleached flour
3/4 c Granulated sugar
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Applesauce — at room
Temperature
2 Egg whites — whipped
1/2 c Fat-free sour cream
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Strawberries — chopped

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray and
flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking
soda, salt, and cinnamon. In another mixing bowl, combine
applesauce, egg whites, sour cream, vanilla and strawberries. Mix
dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour
mixture into prepared pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes.
