Gingerbread Loaf

Ingrients & Directions


1.5 POUND LOAF
3/4 c Milk 1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Light molasses 3/4 ts Salt
1 Egg 3/4 ts Ground cinnamon
3 tb Margarine 3/4 ts Ground ginger
3 1/3 c Bread flour 1 ts Yeast

LEMON ICING (OPTIONAL
1/2 c Powdered sugar, sifted 1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Vanilla 3 ts Milk

Add the first 10 ingredients to machine according to manufacturer’s
directions. Use light setting. If desired, when bread is cool, drizzle
bread with Lemon Icing. Lemon Icing: In a small mixing bowl stir
together the powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and enough milk to
make an icing of drizzling consistency.

Per serving: 103 cal, 3 g pro, 18 g carb, 2 g fat (1 g sat), 14 mg
chol, 92 mg sodium, 77 mg pot
