Hovis Bread (yeast Free)

Ingrients & Directions


4 c Whole wheat flour 1 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c White flour 1 c Cold pressed oil (???)
1 c Wheat germ or bran 2 1/3 c Water
4 ts Baking powder

Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil and water and mix. Use 1/4
cup more water if dough to stiff. Bake at 350F for 60-75 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves. use liquid lecithin to grease the pans Origin:
