Ingrients & Directions
1 c White cake mix (no pudding) 3 tb Gluten flour
1/2 c Whole wheat bread flour 1 tb Dough Conditioner (optional)
1 c White bread flour 3/4 tb Sugar
1 c Regular unbleached flour 1 1/4 c Water or milk
2 ts Yeast 6 tb Nine grain mix (optional but
2 tb Margarine -recommended)
This rises better than the stock recipe, is a bit more firm, and is
great for French Toast!
