Cheesy Garlic Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 Loaf French bread,
1 c Sharp cheddar cheese — 4 About 20 inches, halved
oz Shredded Lengthwise
1 c Green onions — thinly 1/3 c Fresh parsley — minced
Sliced w/tops Optional
3 ea Garlic cloves — minced Paprika, optional

Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions and garlic; spread on bread halves. If
desired, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Wrap each half in foil.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or freeze. Unwrap and place on a baking
sheet. Bake at 400 deg. for 8-10 minutes (20-25 minutes if frozen) or
until puffed but not brown. Cut into slices. Yield: 12-15 servings
