Corn Bread Squares

Ingrients & Directions


1 c All-purpose flour 3/4 ts Salt
1 c Yellow cornmeal 2 ea Eggs — beaten
1/4 c Sugar 1 c Milk
2 ts Baking powder 1/4 c Vegetable oil

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and
salt. Add eggs, milk and oil. beat just until moistened. Spoon into a
greased 8 in. square baking pan. Bake at 400 deg. for 20 to 25 min.
or until bread tests done. Yield: 9 servings.
