1 Recipe BASIC WHOLE WHEAT 1/2 c Chopped dried fruit
BREAD 1/2 c Chopped NUTS OR SEEDS
3 c Apple or other fruit sauce 1/4 c Coconut
Roll out dough 1/4″ thick on oiled cookie sheet. Let raise 10 minutes.
Cover with fruit sauce then evenly sprinkle remaining items on top.
Bake at 350F. 35-40 minutes.
Variations:
Leave out nuts and seeds and spread a thin layer of EMULSIFIED PEANUT
BUTTER or HOMEMADE NUT BUTTER on the dough before the fruit sauce.
Slice 2 bananas on the dough before the fruit sauce.
