Bungalow Inn’s Breade Pork Chops

Ingrients & Directions


2 Eggs 1 c Fine Cracker Crumbs
1/2 c Milk Salt And Pepper — to taste
4 To 6 Pork Chops Shortening

Beat eggs and milk until blended well. Dip chops into mixture, then
into cracker crumbs to coat. Salt and pepper to taste and place in
skillet with small amount of hot shortening. Brown on both sides.
Reduce heat and cook until well done. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
