Ingrients & Directions


2 1/4 ts Yeast 1 c Water — less 1 1/2 tbsp
3 c Bread flour 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Salt 1 lg Egg
1 tb Dark brown sugar 1 Egg yolk
4 tb Nonfat dry milk powder 1 ts Lemon juice
2 tb Unsalted butter

Use basic cycle with crust on light setting.
