Ingrients & Directions
1/4 c Water 4 tb Powdered buttermilk
1 Extra-large egg 1 c Quick-cooking oats
2 tb Vegetable oil 2 1/2 c Unbleached white flour
1 c Mashed very ripe bananas 1/3 c Steel-cut oats***
3 tb Brown sugar 2 ts Active dry yeast
1 1/2 ts Salt
***Soak oats in 1/3 cup boiling water until the mixture is at room
temperature. Place all ingredients in the machine in order suggested
by manufacturer and program for basic bread.
