Ingrients & Directions
1 10 oz box Frozen spinach, – favorite *
– thawed, squeezed out 1/2 cn Water chestnuts — chopped
1 Tub Sour cream 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 pk Onion soup mix — your 1 Loaf Sourdough bread
* I prefer Knorr’s and I have also tried the onion/mushroom and other
onion varieties.
Mix spinach, sour cream, soup mix, water chestnuts and mayonnaise and
leave in the refrigerator for a few hours. Put in a hollowed-out
loaf of very sour sourdough bread and serve with more bread
pieces…yummy!
