Savory Traditional Bread Stuffing

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 lb Butter 1 ts Poultry seasoning
4 tb Finely chopped onion 1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
4 tb Finely chopped celery Salt to taste
4 c Dry bread crumbs

Melt the butter in a skillet and stir in the onion and celery. Cook
over low heat until the onion is soft. Add this mixture to the
crumbs and toss lightly with poultry seasoning and plenty of pepper
and salt. Stuff a 12-15 pound turkey.
