Mint And Yogurt Bread

Ingrients & Directions


FOR 1-1/2 LB. LOAF
1 pk Yeast -fresh lemon
3 c Bread flour 2 ts Honey
1 c Plain yogurt; room temp. 1 ts Melted butter
3 tb Fresh mint; chopped 1/4 c Plus 1 Tbsp. warm water
Grated yellow rind of 1

Add all of the above ingredients, select white bread and push start.
