Rhubarb Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Brown sugar 1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Sugar 2 1/2 c Flour
2/3 c Oil 1 ts Baking soda
2 Eggs 1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 c Sour milk 2 1/2 c Rhubarb,diced
1 ts Salt

Mix well and pour into 2 greased 9×5 inch loaf pans. Before baking,
top each loaf with 1 tsp melted margarine and sprinklw with 1
tablespoon sugar over each loaf. Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour
