Chevre Cracked-pepper Bread (machine)

Ingrients & Directions


1 3/4 ts Active dry yeast 1 1/2 tb Nonfat dry milk
3 c Bread flour 2 1/4 oz Goat cheese, with herbs if
1 ts Salt Desired, cut into quarters
1 1/2 tb Sugar 1 c Plus 3 T + 2 t water
1 tb Cracked black pepper

Add ingredients in the order listed. All ingredients must be at room
temperature. Select yeast bread and baking control for medium. Press
start. Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 4 minutes.
