Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Butter 4 1/2 c Flour
3 c Sugar 3 ts Baking soda
3 Eggs 1 1/2 c Sour cream
7 Ripened Bananas 2 ts Vanilla
1/2 ts Salt

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Mix together with remaining
ingredients until well moistened. DO NOT OVERMIX. Pour into two well
greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans.

Bake in 300 degree oven for about one hour or until tested done.
