Pam’s Best Beer Bread – Butter Busters ^

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Self rising lfour 1 l Beer
1 c Sugar* 1/2 c Egg Beaters
1 t Baking powder 1 ea Tb liquid Butter Buds

*Or use 1/2 cup sugar and 6 packets Sweet ‘n Low In a large bowl
combine all of the ingredients and mix well with a hand beater. Pour
into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with a nonstick cooking
spray. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Brush liquid Butter Buds on top
after removing from oven. Serve warm. Serving size is one slice. Per
sugar serving: 94 cal., 0.2g fat (2%), 0mg chol., 0.4g fiber, 2g
pro., 20g carb., 223mg sod. Per S&L serving: 78 cal., 16g carb.
