Green Chile Cheese Corn Bread – Butter Busters ^

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Self rising flour -drained
1/4 c Sugar* 1/4 c Liquid Butter Buds or
1/4 c Egg Beaters, beaten -Promise Ultra fatfree
1 c Skim milk -margarine
1/2 c Grated nonfat Cheddar Cheese 1/4 c Drained green chiles,
1 cn (7oz) whole kernal corn, -chopped

*Or 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 1/2 packets Sweet ‘n Low Heat oven to
400F. Spray 9″ square pan with Pam. Measure all ingredients in order
listed in bowl; stir just until moistened. Batter should be lumpy.
Spread evenly in pan. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Per
sugar serving: 95 cal., 0.4g fat (4%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 4g pro.,
19g carb., 266mg sod. Per S&L serving: 89 cal., 18g carb. Butter
