Zucchini Bread – Butter Busters ^

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Flour 1 c Brown sugar**
1 ea Tb cinnamon 1 c Liquid Butter Buds or
1 t Lite salt, optional -Promise Ultra fatfree
1 t Baking soda -margarine
1 t Baking powder 2 t Vanilla
3/4 c Egg Beaters, beaten 2 c Grated zucchini or zucchini
1 c Sugar* -and carrots, mixed

*Or 1/2 cup sugar and 6 packets Sweet ‘n Low **Or 1/2 cup brown sugar
and 2 teaspoons S&L Brown Preheat oven to 350. Spray two loaf pans
with Pam. Sift flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder;
set aside. Mix Egg Beaters, sugars, liquid Butter buds and vanilla.
Add sifted dry ingredients and blend in grated zucchini. Pour into
loaf pans and bake 60-70 minutes. Per sugar serving: 137 cal., 0.4g
fat (3%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 31g carb., 137mg sod. Per S&L
