Strawberry Tea Bread – Butter Busters ^

Ingrients & Directions


3 c Flour 2 c Sugar*
1/2 t Lite salt, optional 1 t Baking soda
1 c Egg beaters 1 t Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Liquid Butter Buds or 2 ea Pk (10oz) frozen
-Promise Ultra fatfree -strawberries, thawed
-margarine 1 c Grape Nuts cereal

*Or 1 cup sugar and 12 packets Sweet ‘n Low Cream Egg beaters. liquid
Butter Buds, sugar and strawberries. Sift together the dry
ingredients and blend with the strawberry mixture. Stir in Grape
nuts. Pour into three loaf pans 8 1/2 x 4 1/2″ that have been sprayed
with Pam. Bake at 350F 55-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Per sugar
serving: 108 cal., 0.4g fat (3%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 2g pro., 24g
carb., 131mg sod. Per S&L serving: 87cal., 18g carb. Butter Busters
